For the philly I-95 corriodor area I am talking about. It is looking like we might just not get a lot of ice or anything witner related at all. Hope I am wrong!

epawa somtimes go out on a limb and go aggressive with there calls but are usually very accurate.
i believe this cold at the surface will be hard to get rid of nw of 476 and 276.
