MAR 5 2:30amTimeline and snow totals for the region

The storm is moving along at this hour as the cold air starts to push south from the Poconos. At 2:00am light snow was reported in the Poconos, Lancaster, Reading and NW New Jersey. This colder air will move S & E the next few hours and should be all snow by daybreak for most areas N & W of I-95. S & E will see a mix near daybreak and maybe even rain still down at the beaches.

So is this the last measurable snow of the season? It may very well be with a drier and milder pattern ahead... the odds start to drop for snow chances week by week. Last winter we had snow on the 3rd and the 17th. The March 3rd storm was 3-5" the St. Patrick's Day storm dumped 4-6" across the region.
