Winter Outlook 2016-17 (La Nina may be a La Nada?) Cold and Snowy Times Ahead?

Discussion started by robweather 5 months ago

The winter of 2016-17 may be more of winters we have seen in the past with cold arctic spells and a few big snow storms. The key this winter may not be La Nina due to some of the projections now dropping off La Nina as early as mid December. The Arctic Oscillation and North American Oscillation is the key to much of the winter ahead and we could see wild swings in January and early February.
