New York City Winter Outlook 2016-17 La Nina maybe La Nada this winter

NEW YORK CITY METRO sits in the slightly above average snowfall this winter and below normal temperatures overall.  We are expecting a little less snow than last winter but more total snow events. If La Nina does not occur after December we'll see snowfall closer to 30" with an ice storm.
