Philadelphia Winter Outlook 2016-17 with the La Nina Fade included

Philadelphia sits in the slightly above average snowfall this winter and below normal temperatures overall.  We are expecting a little less snow than last winter but more total snow events. If La Nina does not occur after December we'll see snowfall closer to 22" with an ice storm.
