All the chatter in the weather world continues to surround the possibility of snow for Super Bowl Sunday. Weather models continue to zero in on this possibility and we would like to at this time to go over what is in question here regarding this system
First off is whether there will be a viable southern jet stream feature. This is very important. For the last 2 days the European model which has been very unreliable for the last several months had no significant southern stream feature. Today's run has changed and now shows a viable system in the southern stream. This goes along with the more consistent GFS weather model and others on this idea.
