Parts of NY and PA will see a significant snowstorm in a few days and the models are pretty close on the solution for Central NY, Northeast PA and the Southern Tier.
The models today adjusted north and took the bulk of the 8"+ snow to Central and Western NY and the Adirondacks. This is a wet to dry snow with plenty of wind on the back end.
